NorthStar Audiology 

In 2020, my granddaughter, Bella was born at home with the help of a midwife. It was such an amazing experience for my daughter and her family. When we asked about the newborn hearing screening, my daughter's only options were to go to a hospital or a clinic. This was at the height of the pandemic, so my daughter did not want to go to a hospital for the newborn hearing screening. Because I am a licensed audiologist who lives in Colorado Springs, I pulled out my hearing screening equipment. Bella’s hearing was screened in the comfort of her mother’ arms, at home. The thought occurred to me that there are other people who would love to have their hearing healthcare services in their homes too.

The idea of NorthStar Audiology was born!
